This is one of the best sunsets experienced in the jungle with the beautiful lake and the Maya traces, where nature creates an enjoyable atmosphere.

At night, we will prepare our expedition to go in search of the crocodiles, and waiting for the moon to let us see them. Yaxha Lake possesses the endemic crocodile of Petén, the Morletti specie.

Itinerary 2 day / 1 noche

Departing from your hotel at evening time, our journey starts towards the archaeological site situated on the shores of the Yaxha Lagoon. We will visit the Group A, B and Group C including the 216 temple where we will wait until the sun sets in the Mayan Jungle. After dinner, we get ready for our night adventure by taking flashlight and heading towards the boat on the Yaxha Lagoon and wait until the night fall to se the crocodiles. Lodging, Next day we return to Flores.

On full moon nights, we cannot make this tour.
