Belize Fun in the Sun Beach Package

 

Day 1: Belize City Airport – San Pedro
Arrival Belize International Airport, meet and greet by our representative, transfer to the Belize City dock for boat ride to San Pedro Ambergris Caye. Upon arrival transferred to hotel evening at leisure. Overnight.


Day 2: San Pedro – Hol Chan Marine Reserve
Morning breakfast at your hotel then you will be picked up by our local guide whom will take you on a one in a life time snorkeling/ scuba diving experience to the Hol Chan Marine Reserve where you will have first hand encounter with the marine life and coral. Inside the reef the clear shallow water is ideal for observation of fishes including sharks, stingrays and moray eels. Lunch at the reserve transferred back to San Pedro. Overnight


Day 3: San Pedro – Blue Hole Reserve
Early morning breakfast at your hotel, boat transfer to the Blue Hole/ Light house reef reserve, one of Belize’s natural wonder. A feature attraction of Diving in Belize, Especially for divers with an appreciation of geographical phenomena, is the opportunity to explore the famed Blue Hole. Part of the Lighthouse Reef System, it lies approximately 60 miles off the mainland out of Belize City. It is one of the most astounding dive sites to be found anywhere on earth, right in the center of Lighthouse Reef is a large, almost perfectly circular hole approximately one quarter of a mile (.4 km) across. Inside this hole the water is 480 feet (145 m) deep and it is the depth of water which gives the deep blue color that causes such structures throughout the world to be known as "blue holes." Boxed Lunch, return to hotel. Overnight


Day 4: San Pedro Ambergris Caye
Sun, fun, pampering spa treatments and optional activities such as parasailing, jet water skiing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, catamarans, boating or simply just relaxing by the beach enjoying the warmth of the sun sipping on a nice cocktail!  Free day and activities to choose from. Overnight.




Day 5: San Pedro – Belize City – Placencia.
Morning breakfast at your hotel, transferred by boat to Belize City optional air or land transfer to Placencia, lunch on the way to Placencia, arrival at your hotel evening at leisure, Overnight


Day 6: Placencia – Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Preserve
Hotel breakfast, met by our local guide whom will drive you to the cockscomb basin wildlife preserve in which you will enroll with the natural surroundings in the Maya Mountains of Belize. Here you will encounter and learn about the different flora and fauna of the place come up close to the endangered scarlet macaw, observe the beautiful colors of the Keel Billed Toucan (Bze Nat. bird)  the emerald toucanet and other types of birds mammals and reptiles. Lunch in the area, transfer back to hotel. Overnight


Day 7: Placencia Village
Free day  to tour the Placencia Peninsula - an 11 mile strip of land sandwiched between the Caribbean Sea and the Placencia Lagoon in Belize, has beautiful white sandy beaches and - because of its distance from the reef - it also has "real' though not very high) surf. The water is clean and clear; the trade winds gentle and cooling. There are few sights more calming to the spirit than a Belizean sunset on a deserted Placencia Peninsula beach.  Overnight


Day 8: Placencia – Belize City airport Out
Breakfast at your hotel, pickup transfer to the Placencia airstrip for domestic flights to Belize City where you will depart for your following destination with fond memories of your trip.
