How far ahead of time should I book my transfer?

It is possible to book a private transfer service in Guatemala with a minimum of 24 hours in advance

How long will the driver wait for me?

Airports: 1 hour from the plane's arrival time.
Hotels and apartments: 20 minutes from the time indicated when making your reservation.

If for any reason you need more time, please ring the telephone number on your reservation. Should this be the case, supplements may apply.

Where will the driver be waiting for me?

Airports: the driver will wait outside the arrivals building, just after collecting the luggage, it will have a sign.
Hotels and apartments: the driver will wait outside the building. If it's possible to park, the driver may wait at reception.

The driver will always wait with a sign bearing your name.

How many people can travel in the vehicle?

The base prices are for individual passengers and small families 1 - 6 people, except in Belize which are based up to 2 people, it has an extra charge if you add one more person per destination. If you are a group please contact us to quote the service.

Are child seats available?

During the reservation process, you will have the option to add the child seat that will have an extra charge. It is very likely that it is not available in all destinations.

Is it necessary to have a working mobile phone?

A working mobile phone is needed so we can call you should there be any emergency, such as a breakdown, or simply if the driver can't find you.

Will the driver speak English?

Our drivers are highly qualified, but we cannot guarantee that they are bilingual in services. However, you can request with an additional charge that your pilot be bilingual if he considers it necessary.
